Sardinian goat blue cheese made with 100% Sardinian thermized whole goat's milk and goat's rennet.
The Roqueforti pennicilium and sea salt has been used in the ripening of the cheese.
It is seasoned at least 60 days in a very humid environment at a temperature of 12 degrees.
It has a delicate aromatic flavor that reminds the Sardinian herbs of "macchia mediterranea" and a sweet aftertaste with a piquant ending.
